I ate Taco Bell for dinner. Next day woke up with a stomachache. I went to work as the day went on I got worse. I began diarrhea going to bathroom every 15 minutes. Then I started to vomit every 15 mins. My job made me go home early because I kept throwing up. I also missed school I'm in a union so both leaving work and missing school is not a good thing. I got home and was very sick hands and feet tingling and vomit and diarrhea all night. I also had the chills. I got a $5 box from the Taco Bell on silver and mission in San Francisco. I know it was the Taco Bell because that's all I ate before I got very sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
