Crunchwrap Illness: Severe Symptoms - Taco Bell, Manchester New Hampshire

We both got sick. She had a Crunchwrap and three tacos no sour cream. I had a Crunchwrap and a bite of a burrito supreme. Mine all had sour cream. The next morning we both had watery diarrhea, vomiting, severe nausea, fevers, cramps. I suffered dehydration from not being able to keep anything down and became dizzy.
