Crunchwrap Illness: Severe Symptoms - Taco Bell, Ontario California

I got a Crunchwrap supreme, Doritos taco, and nacho fries yesterday and have been up since 6am throwing up and in pain. It is now 3.30pm and nothing changes. Never got food poisoning before but I don’t think I will ever eat at Taco Bell again.
