I ate two Tacos Belle Grande about 7:00pm Saturday night. By 0100 am Sunday my symptoms started - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramping- I don't think I was febrile. It is 0900 Sunday and I am still sick although symptoms are lessening. I am in healthcare and am convinced this was an ingestion of a preformed toxin. No one owe in the house ate the tacos. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
