Soft Tacos Trigger Illness

I ate 4 soft taco supremes with a packet of hot and fire sauce on each. This is my go to meal at Taco Bell. I eat at this TB location regularly as it is near my office and I have never had a problem before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
