I went to tacobell and got 2 cheesy potato burtitos and 1 xxl stuffed burrito, i later woke up in the middle of the night vomiting alot and had a headache, i did not feel better until 2 days later | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
