Around 230 am I got a nacho grande after work. Woke up at 5 am throwing up everywhere along with diarrhea. Have had cramps all day and vomiting will not stop

I went to tacobell and got 2 cheesy potato burtitos and 1 xxl stuffed burrito, i later woke up in the middle of the night vomiting alot and had a headache, i did not feel better until 2 days later

I ate around midnight the 15th started feeling sick an hour later with diarrhea then cramps was woken up later that night with very bad diarrhea and horrible sharp cramps so bad I was in tears that continued all day and I'm still having diarrhea and cramps 24 Hurst later
