Had the new steak street chalupa tacos and two soft taco supremes on the 29th. The next day my stomach was hurting the whole day, the next day the 31st at night I had stomach pain, cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, no appetite and full body chills. I got about an hour of sleep on and off the whole night. The only thing I haven’t done is take my temperature yet. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
