I ate an order of Nachos bell Grande for supper last night and woke up at 4:30 this am with random vomiting and severe upset stomach. I felt fine prior to eating Taco Bell and I have to be at work in 3 hours.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
