Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
Suspected source: Nacho bell grande
Onset: 1 1/2 til 2 hours after consumption
Duration: Within two and a half hours symptoms are so bad required emergency room visit., So far 7 hours I had to go to the emergency room they confirmed it to be food poisoning and said I would be sick for another 4 to 5 days
Additional information: I was contaminated on Tuesday December the 20th the doctors tell me that it was food poisoning and it could last another four to five days and I want to be compensated for every day that I'm sick plus the fact that you gave me food poisoning to begin with. This is completely unacceptable and I would like to be compensated for my sickness no matter how long it lasts because giving someone food poisoning is just freaking nasty and I really want to be compensated! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
