At 700 pm my hubby got me a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's in archdale nc. Within 45 min of eating it I had uncontrollable diarrhea, felt like there was hot coals in my stomach, sweats, and weakness. I felt 100% fine before eating it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Sweating
