I got a crunch wrap supreme and a grilled chicken burrito for a late dinner last night around 7:45 pm. Woke up at 3 am vomiting and have hugged the toilet ever since and it is now 6 pm. Last time I will ever eat Taco Bell!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
