my 12 year old son ate 3 dorrietos locos tacos. He woke up violently vomiting at 4AM with insane diarrhea. I had one taco woke up at 6AM with diarrhea that lasted 16 hours!! Like projectile painful cramping diarrhea. My 10 month granddaughter just had some lettuce from my taco and she was vomiting & diarrhea. We think the lettuce is infected with ecoli | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
