Taco Meal Triggers Illness - Taco Bell, Irvington New Jersey

3 years ago reported by user-yvgkb936 business

Taco Bell, Springfield Avenue, Irvington, NJ, USA

1111 Springfield Avenue, Irvington, 07111 New Jersey, United States

On Friday Sept 16th at approximately 7:45 I ordered a combo meal from there. I got a Mexican pizza and 2 hard shell Taco Supremes. 45 minutes after eating 1 Taco and about 3/4 of the Mexican pizza I started getting stomach cramps. Excruciating pain. I immediately went onto the bathroom and got onto the toilet, as I am now having diarrhea I also started to vomit. Have been nauseous and having diarrhea ever since then and it's been over 24 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
