Repeat Taco Bell Illness - Taco Bell, Greenwood Indiana

Wasn't sure if it was taco bell, but now this is the second time within 2 weeks that this has happened with the same exact symptoms. Don't think I'll be eating there again :(

Duration: Fever lasted 24 hours, general nausea and inability to stomach food lasted for 3 days | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
