Had a nacho fry. I hadn't eaten in two days so I know that is what caused it. Woke up an hour after i went to sleep... had really bad pains.. fiery diarrhea with pain each bout it came... started to sweat in 55 degrees.. looked pale as a a ghost... started to violently shake for a minute.. that passed... vomited a lot.. then went back to sleep. Woke up feeling some what fine.. it's been about 12 hours now and I just feel gas gurgling. But damn the fries were so damn good. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Sweating
