I ordered a Mexican pizza and a 5 layer burrito around 11 p.m. Woke up the next day at 10 and felt intense stomach pain. At 1 pm I began to throw up at least once every hour for the next 7 hours. I had a fever and the chills as well. I have never experienced pain like this before. I will never be eating at taco bell again. It is day 3 after the incident and I still have stomach pains. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
