On the evening of Friday 11/7/23 after a long day at work and not having anything to eat during my work day I decided to order veggie bowl and freeze drink. After a few hours later the nightmare began. I was throwing up for 24hrs straight with extreme chest and back pain. I vomited the food at first but after that it was nothing but yellow/light green fluid. I’ve never been this sick in my life and after three days later my chest pain has only gotten worst which is hard to even take a deep breath. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chest Pain
