I have never eaten taco bell before, I decided to try it with my friend I got the chicken quesadilla. Later that evening I got an extremely bad headache, (idk it had any correlation to the vomiting). I got the urge to throw up and threw up 3 times before everything was out of my system. I felt so much better after. The only possible cause was the taco bell. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache
