Ordered food 10 minutes before close, they seemed fine with it when I asked if it was too late to still order because I thought they were 24/7, anyways my food didn't taste right and I experienced diarrhea a upset stomach and mental anguish after realizing my food contained spoiled lettuce as well as missing ingredients in my double stacked taco. The lettuce as pictured is slimy and tastes like chemicals. I'm upset and have a ruined appetite as well as getting the feel sick and mild stomach pain as well as diarrhea which is extremely ridiculous considering how expensive Taco Bell has gotten. The Taco Bell cook needs written up and it was very obvious My tacos were sabotaged by a salty employee. This is not the first nor the second time nor the third I have received bad food from this Taco Bell but this is the first time I'm making a report because I'm tired of paying premium prices for toxic food. I would also like to add both my tacos were cold or room temperature when I receive them also meaning heating and equipment or cooking equipment was probably turned off well before I ordered which was well before the restaurant closed again employees need written up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
