Ate food around 7:30pm. Woke up at 3am with severe stomach pain. Diarrhea and feeling nauseous but haven't thrown up..yet. Knew taco bell was a bad choice. Should've listened to my gut, now it's paying for my mistake. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
