7 years ago reported by user-rbcz5245 business

Taco Bell, West 1st Avenue, Crossett, AR, USA

109 West 1st Avenue, Crossett, 71635 Arkansas, United States

I went to Taco Bell tonight with a friend. I had Mexican Pizza & Tacos. I got in the car and started to get so ill I thought I would not make it home. Stomach cramps were severe, pouring diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and elevated blood pressure all with onr hour of getting home. I have been in my bathroom almost three hours now and everytime I get up to leave I have to come back. No fever so far, but blood pressure is through the roof! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fever
