I consumed the entirety of one of their meal boxes which included a chicken chalupa supreme, Doritos loco taco, beefy burrito and cinnamon twists for dinner around 8:45/9pm. I did not have a soda nor sauces. I started to have a stomach ache at around 11:30pm that kept me up until 12:50am. I needed to go to sleep since I had work the next day so I closed my eyes and went to sleep. But, I was awoken with severe nausea and stomach ache around 1:40am. I sat on the toilet as I thought it would be poop but several seconds later I felt the moments before vomit. I ended up severely vomiting followed by severe diarrhea. I washed up and went back into bed but not without chills. I got back to sleep but was awakened again at 2:46am. This time the severe nausea woke me. I immediately vomited once I reached the bathroom. This vomit was intense and gave me really bad heart burn. I was unable to poop afterwards though I felt the urge. I went back into bed and had severe chills for about an hour. My heating pad, heater, and layers didn't make a difference. A headache also followed so I took 1000mg of Tylenol. Eventually, I made it to sleep. I was then awoken again around 4am. I had the urge to poop from the stomach pains/cramps but nothing came. Nothing else happened after this but upon waking at 8:30am I still have a headache and nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Cramps
