On 8/20/16 at approx went thru drive thru for taco salad & 1 taco. Approx an hour later I was profoundly nauseated, threw up at least 3 times, huge amounts & then had the diarrhea. After hours of this, the vomiting stopped & diarrhea then turned into bright red bleeding every time I went I or the bathroom. The bleeding finally slowed down today 8/21 at approx 6:30 p.m. I have been drinking bottled water all day & finally was able to eat a small amount of oatmeal just before writing this complaint so we will see how that does. During the night I almost went to the ER but did not feel like I could drive myself & did not want an ambulance. I weathered thru it & today am so weak & ache all over especially lower back & legs. I intend to get an appointment with a GI doctor to follow this up & if the bleeding comes back I will go to walk-in clinic tomorrow. I think the food tasted ok but the salad had a lot of rice in it as filler. I won't be going back there as that salad must not have been well kept. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
