Thursday night, I ordered the 3 soft taco meal. I'm only family member who chose it. Within three hours of eating three tacos,I was doubled over in abdominal pain followed by vomiting within an hour of the cramps, then diahrea so bad with blood .I ate nothing yesterday and consumed 8 oz of water all day.Today I'm weak,trembling inside and dizzy with nausea and short of breath if I'm on my feet long .My stomach cramps are improving but the blood hasn't stopped and abdomen is sore with gurgling in my stomach as I did just try solid food first time since Thursday night . | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea, Bloody Stool, Weakness, Dizziness, Soreness
