I work at a nursing home so it's really hard to fit in a time to eat. So after work my boyfriend picked me up and we went to Taco Bell it was about 8:30 pm, he got 2 quesalupas and I got 2 chalupas. By 11pm right before he had to leave, my stomach was cramping like no other. I woke up randomly at like 3am and it was like a movie scene when I puked, it just poured out and I couldn't stop it. I got back in bed and put the trash can beside me I was constantly puking till at least 7am. I am exhausted and my body completely hurts, I will never eat there again. This was March 19, 2016. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
