Taco Tostada Illness - Taco Bell, Omaha Nebraska

I ate a double tostada at the Taco Bell near 145th and Maple Street around 5:30 pm. It was the only thing I ate today and I was feeling fine before eating. I started having cramps around 7:30 pm and became violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea at 8:30 pm. I am still sick and weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
