I visited Taco Bell on Friday April 19, 2019. I ordered taco supreme combo, beef burrito supreme and 2 mini beef quesadillas without sauce. I ate the taco supreme and became ill shortly after with, vomiting, fever, diarrhea and nausea. My mom stated her burrito supreme did not taste right so she through it away and I did not allow my daughter to ear her beef mini quesadillas. I was hoping it would pass soon. Unfortunately I had to take a trip to the emergency room. I am still not back at a 100%. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
