Which is 3 Naco supremes tacos and a pepsi-..3 hours after eatting it i developed terrible stomach pains, lastung for a good 2 hours...then i started violently throwing up AT THE SAME TIME that i was having horrible diarhria..this went in for ONE SOLID HOUR i literally puked into the trash can..while my guts poured out the end!!..chills, dizzy..tried to drink water. Threw it up..These symptoms lasted for 17 hours before ..i started being able to drink water and not throw up..i started feeling better when i litterally had ZERO crap to Crap..
this WAS THE ONLY FOOD I ATE THAT DAY!! There was no other source of food poisioning! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills, Stomach Pain
