Today Wendys wedges My husband requested that they give us fresh food since on my way to work yesterday they did not. I think this upset them and this is why im sick now. They tampered with my food and now I cant leave the bathroom to go to work  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

This morning we stopped at Wendy's and got a Dave single meal and a few hours after we ate, I ended up vommitting. 2 weeks prior I had the same incident with the same restaurant. I love this wendys but this has been the same thing everytime  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Strawberry salad with chicken. Picked up order July 19 at 7:15, ate at 7:30 at home. Bed at 10:30, woke during night with stomach cramps.
