After ordering and eating a crunchwrap supreme from here I have not stopped using the bathroom every 30 minutes black diarrhea nausea with vomiting. That was the only thing I've eaten and that's what's causing all my pain discomfort and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

For me, it was after they rinsed my appendix out. Screw Taco Bell.
