I ate two soft tacos with just meat and cheese at 830 pm last night. Something tastes a little off. At 12:30 am I woke up hunched over with cramping/stabbing like pain in my stomach. It was followed by horrible diarrhea all night and little to no sleep. Today I am still having sharp cramping pains in my belly and have no appetite. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Loss of Appetite
