Skipped breakfast, grabbed Taco Bell around 1pm while running errands. 100% symptom free until about 7 at which point I began experiencing cramps, chills, and pain. At 9:30ish I vomited and had diahrrea and been vomiting once per hour with diaharrea interspersed throughout. It it's 2:12am and I threw up yet again.
