Hard Shell Tacos Illness - Taco Bell, Durham North Carolina

On Saturday December 30, 2023, My wife and I ate here, and we both ate mostly the same thing except I had 2 hard shell tacos that she didn't eat. I noticed that the shells tasted different than usual. Kind of like a peanut taste. The very next morning I started suffering with diarrhea, stomach cramps and fevers with muscle aches. She didn't get sick at all, so I am thinking that something in the hard shell tacos was bad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Muscle Pain
