I ate a supreme crunch wrap from Taco Bell and my stomach started hurting a few hours later. When I ate the wrap it had lots of black stuff stuck to it from whatever they heated it up on that I tried to pick off but I'm sure I didn't get all of it. My stomach pain continued and got worse as the day went on and in the morning I felt extremely nauseous and vomited. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
