About fourty minutes after consuming food i started to have cramps in abdomen. I then proceeded to have a bowel movement that apparently was sick by being completly loose and seconds afterwards had projectile vomiting. I went to bed and every hour to hour and a half i would proceed to vomiting and having a loose and watery bm. Called work at 330am to call in half the shift as a pedi home health nurse. Threw up u til 930 from 330... 4 to 5 times. Had taken pepto..immodium and both were thrown up. Got called to work at noon. At work on monday i had fever of 100.3 axillary took advil and water by small doses because large amount made me vomit during work. No more vomiting on monday evening. Nothing to eat. Tried to consume soup. Got nausea ..Halted eating completely. DAY 3. currently with nausea consuming just electrolyte pops and water | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
