Drive-Thru Burrito Illness - Taco Cabana, Fort Worth Texas

On July 30, 2018 I ordered a chicken burrito and dietDr Pepper through the drive thru around 10:30pm at Taco Cabana 6600 Camp Bowie Blvd. Ft Worth TX. In about 4 hours afterwards got violently ill with severe shooting stabbing stomach pains, diarrhea, sweating/fever. Was sick for at Least 3 days and for two days had bloody diarrhea. I don’t normally vomit do that wasn’t an issue. But the stomach pains lasted for almost 5 days as diarrhea subsided. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Sweating, Stomach Pain
