Had the combo plate with enchilada, taco and taquito. Ate lunch about noon on Wed. Nov. 2, 2016. Started feeling bad . Then threw up about 6:30 pm for the first time. Then continued to vomit and diarrhea for nearly 2 days. Went to the hospital because I couldn't hold even water down. I thought I was going to die. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
