My husband is very sick right now ,I'm on video chat with him in Missouri , earlier today at approx 1:30 -2pm ,we ate together on video, he got two Super Burritos from there ,ate only one over a period of time till approx 2:30 or 3 or so ,he started getting a headache after almost an hour so he wanted to go home and sleep, we both laid down ,I woke up and he came back to video and said he wasn't doing well ,that all that time he'd been throwing up , 3 trips to bathroom and puking approx 10 times each time He is sipping on water now and just wants to lay down and can't talk due to pain .. I looked up food poisoning symptoms,and advised him to take small sips often of water to stay hydrated and eat Saltines if possible..he just got back up to throw up ,I told him he needs ro go to ER ,but he feels so horrible he can't drive right now . I called to Taco Casa in Springtown to let them know ,did conference call with a woman ,she said she feels bad he's sick but that she has never had a report on bad food there and didn't know what to say and hoped he felt better soon . My husband has type 2 diabetes and I'm very worried about him If he gets worse in any way I'll have him call the ambulance or have his roommate drive him | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
