Was ill within 10 minutes of eating a Big Mac from Springtown McDonald’s on Sunday September 15th around noon. I ended up at the hospital and treated. I just wanted to report. Not sure if connected to recent reports.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps

Got a fully loaded ham and cheese footlong and after finishing all of it about 30-40 min after started feeling a sharp stomach pain and when proceeding to use the bathroom it was just straight diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I have eaten there 3 times, a long with my son and husband. We all had the worst case of food poisoning the first 2, gave it this last chance and are again left sick with the same symptoms. Months apart. Something isn't right  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

It was my granddaughter Sunday morning around 5:30 and she was only one that ate the pizza Not sure only thing is she was vomiting 🤮 and had diarrhea and stomach cramps. No just don’t want this to happen to anyone else especially kids.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Nausea
