I got quarter pound cheese burger. Only ate half of it. Woke up about 2 hours later with vomiting diarrhea fever and blurry vision. Cannot even keep water down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Blurry vision

around 7 am this morning i stopped by mcdonald’s before i got ready for work. i got a sausage biscuit & a hash brown. right after i finished eating it i felt queasy & nauseous. i took a shower & while i was showering i started throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
