Felt bloated, nauseous and sick by 830 and vomited projectile at 910pm so far  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I got a 6 piece tenders there when I was driving from alpine TX to San Antonio. I got the food around noon and started feeling sick around 10. I ended up having severe diarrhea and vomiting  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
