I picked up a beef taco salad Saturday evening and ate it at home. I was also suffering from heat exhaustion. I went to bed and woke up with severe stomach cramps and nausea that proceeded to vomiting and diahrea, headache and muscle joint pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Joint Pain, Headache
