Ate at taco Johns 9/29/2023 Yankton South Dakota got sick for the second time in 2 months from eating the tacos here ordered a six pack and a pound soft lettuce was wilted and extremely dry also I lay sweating puking purfuselly for about 24 hours after eating symptoms started with throbbing headache then nausea sweats and the feeling I was going to die | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating
