Two crisp ground beef burritos, 1 regular ground beef burrito. Iced tea and the regular salsa.
Are about 2:30 pm. Started getting stomach cramps and Yellow watery diarrhea about 7 pm, chills, fever, body aches. Started throwing up at 9:45 pm. Wellow wAter puke and diarrhea at the same time. I ate with two co workers and they are just as sick. Only constant is the ground beef and the salsa. We ate at 7-18-2018 and I’m still sick and it is 7-20-2018 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache
