I recently ate at the taco truck located at Keystone and Raymond Street in Indianapolis. Around 2 hours after eating, I started getting a very upset and sour stomach. Vomiting sat in shortly after as well as diarrhea. I had a slight fever and was unable to keep even clear fluids down. Felt dizzy and weak a well. This caused me to miss work, definitely never eating there again not any food truck for that matter. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Weakness, Dizziness
