I went to try out this new place where they sell very delicious looking food. I ate one taco tijuanero with al pastor which is pork. 1 hour later I started to get really bad lower abdominal cramps. I got diarrhea and soon after I started vomiting. I had chills too. The worst part are the lower abdominal cramps. Feeling horrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Chills
