Suspected Cheeseburger Illness - McDonald's, Singapore

Shared the happy box (mcwings and nuggets) with my wife, and on top of that I had a cheese burger with a small iced lemon tea. 2 hours later, my stomach was really uncomfortable and feeling nausea. Next morning, puked and went to SGH for drip. Wife is fine so i suspected this is caused by either the cheese burger or iced lemon tea. Had the takeaway 10 mins upon reached home. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
