We bought cucumbers, salad mix, tomato, and had a trader Joe's falafel mix. I think it was the salad mix, because they had caution tape on the frozen foods (like maybe the refrigerator had broken). However, they did not have tape guarding produce though. Hopefully they have removed all the items now... | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
