Yesterday 3/7 bought the Good & Gather Avocado Toast pre-washed ready to eat salad kit for lunch. I have had it many times before. This time, I started to get stomach cramps afterwards. Then I started getting a head squeezing pain, then shortness of breath, dizzy and hands started to buzz, I started blacking out while driving and losing my vision. Pulled over got out of the car, couldn’t breathe, collapsed and hurt my knee very badly. Started to black out and couldn’t breathe - child almost called ambulance. Took deep breaths. Severe diarrhea with some blood, nausea, vomiting (the salad visible), chills followed for several hours. It was most definitely the salad… also it was the only thing I had eaten. I am Still sick today. Missing work for two days now so far - hundreds of dollars. Tried calling the Target no one will pick up. Will contact Public Health Dept, CDC, FDA, and corporate next. This store already is a health hazard with all the mold in the ceiling and water every time it rains for years not getting it properly remediated, letting mold spores shoot all over the place including on bare produce. It wouldn’t surprise me if they are not storing things at safe temperatures at all times and that they caused this bacteria to be present in the food I purchased. Complete intentional gross negligence. They need to be sued. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Shortness of Breath, Other, Dehydration, Blurry vision, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
